Ban Dispute for I Remember You

I am writing this on behalf of I Remember You a Legit Trader in the Xbox Community of this site.

I Remember You was not banned for ban evation and did nothing wrong. Since he has joined he has done 37 LEGIT trades and also has started MM'ing. He has never used Sythe before his start up date of May 2010. Ban evade the reason the ips are the same is because he uses the same wireless connection to his neighbor who must have been banned before. I can ensure you that this person is Legit. He has 400+ Legit Post and is a $5+ Donator, why would he donate to the site if he wanted to disobey the rules? I believe that this ban is wrong and unfair on I Remember You.
