Mini mouse macro can work, depends what you need.

 

I have used rskombat for thieving successfully. No injection/ reflection, pure image/ color-based solution. Can configure to be more human-like than just a mouse recorder

 

I would not use a mouse as they have no antiban & just repeat an action on loop without any randomization. Use a premium script from tribot or osbot to get the job done with less risk.
