The graphics card is rubbish, you almost certainly don't want it for a gaming PC. Radeon 5750 would be a reasonable choice. 2GB of RAM is the minimum you can get away with on Windows 7, consider getting an extra stick.

Is this for a build, or is this a fully-built computer you wish to buy? If its fully-built, don't buy it because its garbage. If its for a build, what is your budget and maybe I can help you out?

Video card is garbage. So is the rest of the setup.

What is your budget? And what kind of games do you plan on playing?

Video card is pretty shitty unless all you plan on doing is playing RS. I'd also recommend at least 4GB of RAM, and your processor could be better. If you can, go for a quad core. They aren't that much more expensive if you get a lower end quad core and you'll get a lot better performance.

Don't get a graphics card with less than 1gig on board dedicated memory. Also, forget the dual core cpu. Get at least and intel i5 quad core (what I use).
