Post count does not matter?

I remember when i start selling on here, was selling a guide back then, a guy with 2.3k posts, (Grand master) Named "Chrismas_crackers" (He's banned now) Say he's interested, i saw alright cool, i'll go first.
Well, it turned up me sending him the guide, he logged off and told me he got to go.

So the point is, post count dosent matter. At all.

 

... People think post count matter but anyone can get a lot of posts... I think someone is trustworthy if they provide lot of info and dont hide anything... but is someone tell me: "Selling X account with X stats, you offer you go first" im not going to trust him... but there are too much scammers arround...

Im trying to sell an account, i know im not trustworthy but i do whatever i can for the trade, im open to MM's provide any info, any screenshot, teamviewer and even my phone number, as i said before: In my opinion someone who does not hide anything is trustworthy

 

Idk, I got like 2 posts, and I just did a trade, without scamming.

 

I don't think Post Count matters. I am as it says a 'leecher' because I just joined today. I do realize, that this status, and my post count, make it seem like I would be a scammer. But sadly, everyone has to start somewhere, you just have to know who is a scammer and who isn't. Usually your judgement will get you somewhere, and making sure you know what scammers do to try to trick you, you should be able to make the right call. Sometimes, at least where I used to be, players would try to say you stole their guide, because they saw your post count and/or didn't know you, in an attempt to look 'modly'.

Posts count does matter. But its should't be spam ( as i saw some guy with 60 posts count a day )

 

Post count means slightly less than a dick does to a lesbian. Who do you think is more likely to scam on a $10 trade? Myself, a guy with less than 500 posts, or some guy with 5000 posts and no trade history. Simple logic people.

Post count is just a small factor that determines who to trust.

In my opinion, vouches + reputation(which I mainly look @)..which sort of work hand in hand.

 

People can have good rep but no vouches though.

 

True, but a lot of people who have a good reputation often have a staff position and/or many vouches.

Well obviously you have done enough to get you a position on the Staff..and imo that takes work. So.. I would think it's smart to trust almost anyone with that sort of rank acknowledging the fact they devoted a lot of effort / time on here.

 

I mainly see it as, if the person is a dedicated sythe member which means, ( he contributes to threads, donates, and tries to help people) they are trusted if it is a forum addict with 250 posts but all they say is (bump or im interested) then i deam them as a scammer. the people i find to trust the most are member with QUALITY posts not the Quantity

Bottom line: QUALITY not QUANTITY.

 

Why does it matter if they donate? That doesn't make someone trusted.

 

As quality, not quantity is correct, I don't feel that by helping people out, you earn trust. You may earn respect, but not trust. If that's what you ment, sorry.

 

It definitely earns you respect,and for me to go first to someone in a trade..I definitely need to have some form of respect for them. So indirectly, I guess it could earn you trust.

 

I believe that post count matters a good bit actually. I would much rather go first in a trade with somebody with 1k+ post count and 10 vouches, than somebody with 10 posts and 10 vouches.
But i RARELY go first now.

 

Your way of thinking is quite bad, no offence.

If someone has 10 posts and 10 LEGIT vouches, they're equal to someone with 1k posts and 10 vouches. Post count does not give trust. It gives posts.
