It's a perfect D Clawer at his level with 87 attack at 101 cb with Piety and 70 def to tank with.

If you tank in full Torags then you'll win 99.9% of fights. I know it's a tad expensive but it's totally worth it because you rarely get hit on if KOED at all besides maybe those rare moments when somebody gets a REALLY, REALLY lucky special. Plus you have a better chance to get greater loot after each kill. I usually go in full Torags, Strength Amulet, Dragon Boots, Obsidian Cape, Dragon Gauntlets, (for str bonus) Abby Whip, Rune Defender, and Dragon Claws and on 0 EP I've gotten quite a few 1M+ drops.

Has 45M+ and Fire Cape.

All skills are above 40 except dungeoneering.

Account is in the Green Zone with 6 previous marks. I was always messing around when I got any offences and 2 of the marks don't even make sense and I got a 3 day ban for them...but that's over with now.

Looking for a good 1 def pure or ranged tank with NO prayer or something that's not so random prayer level wise.
