PinSeller007 Banned For Old Spams Reports?!?!?

Hello I'm PinSeller007, I was current banned for 2 weeks and the reasons was 4 spam and 1 sig. This is a wrongfully ban because the infraction I have gotten was very old and they all expired a long time ago. I though the reads was if you get 5 infraction in 1 month then you will be banned for 2 weeks. Please unban me because I don't even know what was my last spam report so please tell me what was my last report gotten on me and why I'm banned when they old infractions on me
