Questions on the GE

Well recently (5 days ago) I came back to play RS. I was wondering what are the current limits on the GE for items. Also if you are in a certain world, does it only trade with that world or all of them combined.

I need accurate information, please.

You can only buy so many items which fall into one category every four hours.

You can not sell an item that you buy until the 4 hours between buying and selling has elapsed. Same for selling/buying.

All worlds are combined.

1) Correct.

2) You can buy from all current GE offers; whether the player is online, offline, or on a different world doesn't matter. All they have to have is an open GE offer, and you can "trade" with them.
