Got scammed .

i've just got scammed . but the money is charged from my credit card . so is there anyway to dispute it ? i've heard that im able to call my credit card's company for chargebacks . and how do i do it ? as in what should i say ?

 

call and say it was an unauthorized transaction. That you had the card hooked up to your paypal and then it got hacked and that eprson used it to send money to himself.

 

can that method get back my money 100% gurantee ? since i've seen the chargeback FAQ the paypal has right not to refund

Do this. If its American Express or Mastercard, you should get the cash back.
In the Future make sure you use a OMM/MM for trades.

 

As stated above, call your credit card company and explain that it was an unauthorized transaction. i reclaimed over $300 USD a few years ago when gold4rs didn't complete my order by calling Discover Card and complaining. somehow a week later i was banned for RWT.

 

yeah Gold4rs dont take no shit lol lost a 138 to them for basically the same thing.

aslong as u didn't claim and cancel the payment you should be able to get it back.

 

true dat. i mean, how hard is it to get someone banned when there's a gold site giving away their customers account names?
