I purchased an account from @thedang a couple of years ago. Recently, the main email I use for 2FA on all of my RuneScape accounts was compromised. I lost access to all of my accounts. I am the original owner of all but one of them, so I was able to recover all of them except one.

The account I have been unable to recover is a pure I purchased from @thedang on May 4, 2020 (proof).

The compromise of my email address took place on January 3, 2023. I was able to recover all of my accounts by January 4, 2023, except for the pure I bought from @thedang. All of my accounts have a 7 day bank pin. The more time that passes, the more I am at risk of losing the contents of my pure's bank (if I haven't already). Whoever accessed my accounts did not have the ability to get past my bank pin within the first day. I am unsure whether they've had enough time by now, but would prefer not to wait.

According to his account sales TOS, he does not give recovery information:

Because he doesn't provide recovery data, I need his help to recover the account.

I need to make myself very clear. I absolutely believe that @thedang is a wonderful seller and service provider. Period.

I think he is simply not seeing my personal messages here, or my Discord tickets, or my comments on his threads here on Sythe. He must be busy, and that's fine. I just need to get in touch.

If anyone has a good way to get in touch with @thedang, it would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the recovery has not been accepted or denied. I think that since I didn't get the information until Saturday, it might not be manually reviewed until Monday.

I'll update this post as soon as it goes either way.

@thedang I have messaged you on Discord. Unfortunately, the appeal was denied, citing invalid creation details, etc. Check the Discord message for a more detailed explanation (screenshot).

Failing any additional information being available, will you try the recovery yourself, please?
