F2p Defence pure training?

Where to train?

Currently 40 Defence and over 3 mil bank!

 

If you've got enough money for decent food then I'd recommend Minotaur's, in the Security Stronghold, all they way till 99. There's lots of them and they have considerably high constitution for their combat level.

If not, then try the level 5, 11 and 13 goblins until you're 50/60 defence, then move on to minotaur's.

I just got membership on my 40 defence pure - and doing zeal to 60 defence. But I guess botting minotaurs or flesh crawlers would work too..

 

Flesh Crawlers hit very often until your 60+ defence.

 

Seagulls hp?

 

10hp at level 5 and they probably won't hit you at all.

Can be crowded though in F2P worlds.

 

Well i got full sara now so i think i need to raise def too to look beter!

 

What ever happened to monks?

 

Too spread out.

 

Not sure if it still correct, but apparently they stopped healing themselves. Guess thats why they suck :\
