    I don't have 25 vouches, but I have been a member here for years and have a good history here.

    Anyway, I have 25m stock, 5-10m / hour xfer rate (average around 7.2m/hour), but I have to be on your account to do the xfer, if that is a problem, count this as a free bump. Side note, I do not need bank access, only 1m in inv, cb 40+, pvp and a simple quest done.
