New jagex ban setup.

Ugh so thats what i got, guess they don't give out 7 then 14 then perm.

 

I hear they temp ban first now, but its really just up to them.

what you typed needs some work lol, however I think I understand,
if your so certain about their system, you better work on a good appeal explanation,
what did you tell them that made them remove the ban for the gold4rs?

 

no thats not what i meant, i have to ban offensives from 2008 and they're completely removed will they're new ban system give me 2 more chances? or give me a perm ban

 

xD, getting banned from messing up on a random? Jagex's ban detection is HORRIBLE... I've had a hunter bot have a full invy and repeatedly attempting to pick up traps, no ban...

I doubt you'd be banned.. and on top of that you'd be banned for 2 weeks. Jagex seems to switch in between perm and two week bans for botting.

"I have TWO bans from 2008" that have expired since and you are worried they will come back to haunt you after this alleged new ban system ?

IF SO, then al i have to say is EXPIRED means EXPIRED they cant put them back on, unless its for teh lulz

 

yeah but i've allready had 2 bans in 2008, so this would be my 3rd.

i know for a fact they will not bring up previously appealed/expired offenses. i'm not 100% sure what your asking though..

 

Yes, they do :/
What they're saying is each instance of rule-breaking is looked at personally by their team, and the penalty is decided on a case-by-case basis, only punishing you according to your offense, and previous offenses.
If you have EXPIRED offenses from 2 years ago, then they're NOT counted.... the punishment for botting under the NEW rules is decided by multiple factors - including the SEVERITY of the offense, and also if you have any previous and existing/recent BOTTING offenses.
