If you really need cash for a new PC , just sell the partyhats + other rares. You won't lose any money ingame, plus you don't lose your account, but you can get $4000 just for the partyhats! i think you can buy an awesome gaming PC from that money.

i believe your bank picture is a fake for several reasons,

1 - zamorak braces arent stacked
2 - 507M doesnt lineup all the way the 7 is lower then the rest of them
3 - your deco armour potions and staffs are still the OLD style from over a week ago which proves this isnt a recent picture for being posted today
4 - its impossible to bank lamps no matter how hard u try
5 - your dragon bones and magic logs numbers are not inline

and thats just what i can be bother to pointout



my suggestion stay away from this seller untill he proves ingame its HIS ACC and he actually has these items
