Firstly you ignore everyones comments about getting it verified by a mod. Secondly if you were 138combat you'd have either 99 prayer or 99 summoning and if so , on that picture "you took" your summoning is 67? And the little icon is still green and full so if it really was 99 and it went down to 67 I'm quite sure it would not still show as full.
