To be honest I don't really know. I think it just means a moderator checks it to see that i'm actually selling a legit guide and not just 42 blank pages of a PDF?

 

I don't know how this vouch system works, but I went out and risked the 5 bucks. I'd have to say the service was very good and the guide is well written. If I am not allowed to vouch, then this is not a vouch just a comment.
