Locked Account

Hi guys,

I recently forgot the password to my account, and for some reason freaked out and thought it was stolen. I submitted a lock appeal and my account was locked.

I have now been trying to recover my account, and have tried 3 times, and all 3 appeals have been denied.

I don't know what to do.. I'm filling in all the information I know.

Anyone have any tips or strategies? I want to get my account back..

Just give all the possible information you can, the membership details aree probably the most important, but put as much stuff as u can think of in the box at the bottom of the appeal, even put in your ip.
also the date you created even if u think some info is irrelevant just pack it in there!

i had this problem. i was able to recover an account just long enough to get it fucking loaded. then it got phished and i lost the pass. i tried recovering it over and over again but it wouldn't work..

 

Well did you keep the tracking order since you locked it, your supposed to keep it to see if it gets recovered within a certain amount of time. Without that recovery code its pretty much a guessing game.

 

I probably should not say this, but Contact "Tina" in-game whenever she logs in. She is normally in cc tehnoobshow along with other staff. Tina is the only one with any actual powers though.
