I believe the bank and the picture with the blue phat is MetalManiac from Runescape Community. Going to check now.

 

I was correct: http://forums.zybez.net/topic/889936-99-smithing-on-cannonballs-by-mining-own-iron-coal/ and the reason he blocked the chat box where he has the blue phat on is because he achieved 79 herblore just like MetalManiac9 on RSC. GF Fail.

Seriously dude, why try. You copy pictures from one of the most famous RuneScape player from Zybes and trying to make it look like it is your account.
