Most efficent ways to level up a pure + range tank

Hey guys i have 2 pures, a black GS pure and a range tank pure.

My range tank has 54 defence 55 range, 50 hp 29 pray, all 1.
I need to know the best way to train the defence and range, i've been at minotaurs for awhile, and use long ranged i get 5.5k exp p/h on both skills. I tried al kahrid but it's not fast enough. In minotaurs i seem to have more iron arrows as the minotaurs are very helpful. So i need to know if i should stop training defence at 60. And start ranging till 80, and start doing long range till 99 defence and range. I also need to know good monsters for this.

My black GS pure has 40 attack 57 str 12 pray 48 hp, 10 defence ( black pure obv) i need to know the fastest way to train strength i'm at fresh crawlies and get around 12.5k exp p/h it seems good but i need faster ways if possible, and i need to know good monsters for 57-99.

Please remmeber this is f2p, as i do not have members at all ]=.

Take the tank down to Flesh Crawlers as they are semi-aggravated creatures and you can potentially AFK Train if you do not mind losing your ammo. It is very efficient due to the lack of looting =]

As for the 10 defence, once you get 60 strength, head over to al-kharid warriors. The bank is closer so its quick to bank and retrieve food supplies.
I assume that money IS an issue as you seemed worried about losing arrows in your training session, so if you're not botting with paid scripts, then loot 28gp+ from the warriors per food load and buy kebabs for 1gp each and continue to train, looting 28gp each session. If you're botting, Trout, Salmon or Tuna is the way to go, depending on your financial status.

 

For the tank, unless your attack and strength are bad, I would train Range and Defence seperately (rapid).

Keep training at flesh crawlers on the pure.

 

i have a range tank also though mines alot closer to being maxed. 99 range and mage 91 def 87 hp. I have never trained def with long range as it takes alot more time.

 

Money isn't an issue on my black pure. Money is a issue on my tank however, so i'm guessing should i go for 40 attack? And just train defence? Or do i need to get strength? I'm kinda confussed on how to train my defence. Long range is taking way to long it's splitting my exp in half :/
