How they scammed: Well, a job (ticket 2767) was a 300m deposit requirement. I had a 250M deposit + 50M. Since these new guys came in, a lot of changes had been made to the server. The new guys: Levi, Lumi & Erwin. Screenshot - 6d39e0d400e4a75e61758363bdb9bea4 - Gyazo they gave me 300m deposit role. + I could take the job thinking they had merged the buy-in with the original deposit.

I just got a question, if I had a 250m deposit, why would you let me on a 300m bank account if I didn't have 300m deposit? You also merged my deposit + buy-in to make it to a 300m deposit, and not 250m. If it was a buy-in, it's not a deposit, it can't be both. It's either a deposit, or it's not.

At this point of time, the 50m buy-in DID not count as the deposit role either. "for now" it's 250m.
Assuming they upgraded my deposit to 300m from 250m role, I figured they merged buy-in and deposit, because they were gonna do it sooner or later I guess.

 

We thought it would be generous to add back in the buy in fee to the worker's deposits as a gesture of good will, and a small bonus since our workers have been exceptional. But as you can clearly see in the screenshot you posted, Erwin said "we will be getting rid of the buy-in thing and probably put extra 50m in deposit rank for each worker" - what he meant by this is that in the future the buy in fee would be going away.

He plain and simply told you:
"For now it is 250"

Out of the goodness of their kind hearts, my staff decided that they will ALLOW you to be "covered" under a 300m deposit, when in fact, your only deposit is 250m. The intention behind this would be to allow you to do larger jobs with larger bank values. Like I mentioned above, only as a gesture of goodwill. That does not mean your deposit is 300m.

Also, in your worker application, Hannah clearly stated that if you decided to leave (or in this case you were fired) you'll get your deposit back. Why you think you are owed the non refundable buy in FEE is beyond me.

Well, this was more of a verbal thing. Of course the TOS is in place to protect you and keep you safe and that's okay. But for example if I tell you get 90% of this 100m order and then in the payouts you try to give 75m instead of 90m and say well, my ToS is saying 75% not 90%. I get you're referring to your ToS to keep yourself safe etc, but yeah.

Although, I must say when I asked if the buy-in counts towards the deposit, I got told yes. And that was after getting told that they may merge buy-in & deposit. Does this not line up? I believe I'm owed, because even though Hannah stated that I would not get my buy-in back, A lot has occurred since. You got a whole new staff of 3 admins/owners, I don't know what they are tbh and yeah just what I've said before. They were thinking of merging the buy-in and deposit. So IF they did merge it, and fired me later on after they merged, they could just refund me 250m and say "well Hannah clearly stated 250m in the application" no. that's wrong, I would be entitled to 300m then. I asked Levi, if my buy-in also counts towards my deposit, and I got told yes. Therefore I would be entitled to 300M no? sorry for the essay, and I have no ill feelings towards you or your staff. I just want the GP I believe I'm owed
