Disputing ban on behalf of "Im Sleeping"

Dear Sythe Admins and Moderators,
Thank you for taking the time to read this dispute. I was recently banned for the following reasons:

You have been banned for the following reason:
5 infractions. 4 spam and 1 signature violation.
I am very displeased by this. It happened a mere 10 hours ago, when I last checked sythe. I believe I w
was at 0 active infractions, and my signature had not changed for a LONG time. The only two recent changes I can think of were adding <3 Plznate into my signature, and taking out my merchanting clan website. Those changes were made 1-2 weeks ago. On the note of spamming, I am very confused. Since sythe itself has locked me out, I am using (Murdertrain) to post this. I also cannot see where my infr
infractions originated. Please review all of my infractions and post back here. You could also contact me on MSN if you have any questions about my ban.

I Murdertrain, have had nothing to do whatsoever with I’m Sleeping ’s ban. All actions that are the result of this dispute have nothing to do with me, and I’m Sleeping takes all responsibility.

All are warranted, although I normally do not infract twice for the same thing on the same thread at once. :/

 

Yeah shouldn't one of them be reversed then? Since he already received an infraction for it the mod who gave him the 2nd for the first should be reversed at least thats how my infractions got reversed ;p

^I think the general rule of thumb is one infraction per thread, so an unban would be reasonable, no?
