Runescape account for account-
The traders send me the info on the accounts, I log in to check the accounts, they confirm that this is what they are buying, I change passwords, I give them to the users.

Paypal for RS account-
The traders say the things they are buying, I tell the person with the account for info for account, I log in to confirm this is what the buyer is buying, if so they send me the money, I change the password, the buyer sends me the money, I give the password to the buyer, and I send the paypal to the seller.

Pins-
(For this method, I will have to login to your account and apply the pin for
you.)
The pinseller sends me the pin, the buyer sends me the money, I ask the buyer for account password, I login to apply the pin, the in works, I log out, and I send the money to the pinseller.
