Paid 90$ for a quest package and void, @RuneMetrix

was given a 14-day time frame on the 6th of December, and haven't had any response from Runemetrix since the 21st of December.

After looking into the order, there appears to be an issue with the account running out of membership halfway through the void, so the worker could not complete the order.

Account got 500 points via pest control (all that remained), and then the account ran out of membership so they could not complete it.

Customer reached out to me for nearly 1.5 weeks - however I have been away for holidays, and have not signed into sythe/been active until just a few hours ago.

So even though the account ran out of membership, and worker couldn't complete it due to that - customer still should have been contacted and told to re-bond it (which i wasn't around to do), so will refund the void part and do it for free, as compensation for the delay.
