I ONLY and ALWAYS bot sensibly on my own accounts during normal play time hours of the day while babysitting to make sure that I don't get stuck in a random event. This also ensures that I am always there to respond to those damn nubs that walk up to the Yew tree I'm botting on proceed to ask, "Wc lev?" Yes, its frustrating, but it keeps me safe and unbanned which guarantees YOU that I will be present with YOUR account at all times.

Personally I prefer the Rune Essence approach for gold farming. But I could do flax or flax/bowstring as well.
