New Rule: Teamviewer ONLY - Pins

Hello,

I have recieved many legit pins from many sellers on Sythe.

But yesterday, I have been scammed and got a invalid pin. >_<

Many people are getting scammed off pins, even from the more trusted members of Sythe.

I think we should bring a rule that pin traders MUST use teamviewer, regardless on how trustworthy the buyer or seller is.

This will greatly reduce the chance of getting scammed, making Sythe a more... safer community ^_^ and will save staffs' time on banning people.

well you have a choice to use teamviewer if that trader doesnt want to use it or doesn't know how to use it then just don't trade with him.

 

That's ridiculous; trades can be done however the hell traders want to do them. The compulsory use of MM's would reduce scams as well, but obviously they're not required either.

If you feel more comfortable using Teamviewer, do so. If a particular seller only wishes to sell using Teamviewer, they can state that in their terms of sale also. But it's up to each trader to decide what they feel comfortable with.

Lol thats like saying you HAVE to use a MM/OMM for trades, you dont have to its all on the buyers/sellers. We aren't in communist Korea why would you want to force people to use methods -.-;

 

If you let them put pin on account, it's much faster, and legit. only for trusted members though, not them leechers with 1 post count and an amazing pin selling thread.

 

LMFAO, This is the stupidestyiriuosly Idea I have ever seen.

You can't make some one download somthing. + Alot of people would/could/do Feel unconfitable with Teamviewer.

No Support ever with making some one do somthing they dont want to.

 

Just download hypercam and record?

 

I personally do this, I require my buyers to allow me to personally apply the pin or use TV when applying. If they dont agree, I simply refund them.

 

Or you don't buy of leecher taht made there account yesterday with 3 Posts?

I disagree with this. I don't want anyone sniffing around my computer with teamviwer.

Thats like saying, When doing a trade you must eat a pie.

And if you want to use teamviewr ask you trader, but you shouln't have to be made. Also this isn't going to stop scammers btw.

 

I'd just like to add Teamviewer is far from foolproof. Malicious files can be downloaded and opened in a couple seconds if people know what they are doing.

Use an MM.

 

I don't support as rats can be downloaded in 2 secounds via file dropper

When someone is teamviewing you they can simply go to a site that will automatically run malicious software that runs in the background, meaning you won't even know its there. If you ever let someone teamview you be sure to watch everything that he/she does.

 

Trading a pin takes a matter of minutes, or even less. You can immediately stop them if they are opening a new web page or whatever.

 

They can do as they please, teamviewer is an invasion of privacy for me.
