I then sent him 50% of the money, as a gift, and he then claimed that i didn't send as gift, so he refused to give the account.

He then tried making me wait 3 days for the account, which I refused and told him to issue me a refund, and he signed off msn.

I'm not sure if he is a scammer, or he genuinly thinks I sent not as a gift.

I have contacted PayPal and they have given me 24 hours to reason with the seller or I will receive my money back.

Jay take into account what I have said, and either issue me a refund, or continue with the trade as we agreed.

 

And this, sir is why you are highly reccomended using a trusted middleman or Official Middleman. If you do this , this retard has no where to hide , he either signs off msn with an OMM in the conversation and gets banned or goes with the trade.
