Help with unbanning an account that has been permanently banned due to macroing

Alright so I was checking up on my accounts and I remember I had a pure that was perm banned due to macroing. The expiration date is not available (N/A)so does that mean that there is no chance of the offense being lifted if all of my appeals have been denied? I have appealed once right after it was banned on July 16 2009. It was denied on July 17.. and I know jagex does not read the appeals cause I heard people get randomly accepted/denied, matter of luck. I have one more appeal left and I need a way to unban it. ALSO, I was one of the thousands that were massed banned on the runescape update, where they say they wont give temporary bans or no warnings anymore. I heard people get 14 day bans now a days?

My child's account was banned for ''macroing'' if understood that term correctly it means using a programme to collect gold for you ingame.

I have played mmorpg games to and am an Ict engineer.

I have scanned all my pc files and browsing history using parental controll and I can assure you my child hasn't been on any of those sites nor has every downloaded 3rd party software for video games.

The account in question was hacked and when my child managed to recover it, it had been banned and the so called ''appeals'' used so this is the only chance my child can continue playing Runescape.

 

Make sure if you're going to send in an appeal that it doesn't have the spelling errors from above. I think an ICT engineer would know the different between to and too.

I tried something similar from a guide and it didn't get accepted.

 

I heard that you have to recover the banned account by requesting it as stolen(but from another ip), then its locked and perm banned, then you appeal that someone hacked it? I heard those get accepted.

 

FaGex don't even read appeals for macroing.

I've had an account banned that never macroed, sent in an appeal and got the automated denial message as soon as I sent it.

Ring them and request you're account is unbanned due to it's been hacked, It'd only work if you have recovered you're account this year.

Yeah I recovered it 2 days ago because I forgot the password. So its around 10 months.

 

well simply say it was hacked thats how i got my old one back from when they gave everyone a last appeal =]

 

I have 1 appeal it says "Re-appealable" because I used my first, what if the 2nd one is denied? will i get a third?

 

nope thats the "last reply" jagex gave everyone a couple months back due to people being unfairly banned so whatever you do this will be your last appeal.

 

damn, if its my last chance appeal then, I don't know what to put.. cause I want it to be 100% sure that it will be accepted
