Buying Account $80

Hey, I am buying an account for $80 maximum.
It will be with an OMM of your choice, unless you have 35+ vouches
I will go first only if we use an OMM
You must have Creation IP/Date
You must have Previous Passwords
You must have Membership Details
You must remove Recoveries and Email

For $80 I should be able to get an account with a 99. I want it to have some cash on it 10mil+. I would love one of those 99s to be a combat 99 such as str or mage. Favorite skills are hunter and thieving. Other than that, not really much else to say. I do not care if it has membership, but if it doesn't, please make sure it is wearing its skill cape.....

No, just Paypal. The fees on WU are way too high
