Yea, Well you can just search it up, unfortunately its not as famous because Rockstar doesn't really support it, but there is someone name Kye that developed this, and its been existing since 2006 and until now its a very nice community and the population of servers and players that play on this mod is not that high and not that low probably a few thousand.
