Anyone want a $11 prepayed card (free)

I found it on the street today and when I tried to add it to my paypal it said the card was declined. I looked online and it just needs the address updated to match my paypal account so I called customer care and the lady was being retarded so I raged and hung up.

Anyone who wants to deal with it can have it just post here.

If this isn't allowed then mods delete it, just to get this strait tho I am in noway selling the card, but if someone gets the account unlocked and wants so send me a pin that would be nice lol.
