Everything. It's all the donations trough Spiyke which have given Sythe money enough to buy a new server.

 

Wouldn't say faster...but it hasn't been down for me at all since the upgrade.

 

I -LOVE- the server uprgrade. No more unneeded downtime

 

It's 100x faster for me louis. But then again it was this fast sometimes, just with laggy downtime and then turned just pure downtime.

 

It certainly is faster now, loads faster and been up since update. I used to get white page earlier when server was over used. Well done.

I'd agree. I've never really seen it as fast as it is now. And it hasn't been down at all which is nice.

 

TBH, years ago i was told sythe went down to avoid jagex coming on the site. I believed this for a while....lol!

Seemingly much faster?.. naww this is way so much better. typically here in the Afghan it took me 2-3 minutes per page to upload. I can remember when I was granted moderator it took about 5 minutes per page. So anyway here we are today. It was my hope that a proactive approach to donations would eventually enhance/corrrect the issue with the Sythe site.. Well we have so been rewarded. Please accept my thanks for taking this step. My load time on pages is now down to about a minute.. Keep up the donations! Thanks.

Hmm, I honestly wonder the specs of the old server...Must've been rather slow.
