    So first of all thank you @League Solutions I can appreciate it when someone actually puts time into a report and has actual facts

    if this is the case, you actually took the time to read what I mentioned, and was trying to open the problem to via my report resolved is the thread in question if I am not mistaken (it could have been one of the other few I have made regarding similar)

    I know also I was touching base with @ChellBell about this a bit of time ago, and she also if I recall felt the same way as me in some stance

    As of right now, there are still far too many loopholes, in the most recent two threads linked below it just shows you yet again people are although not intentionally going ahead to try break rules, it is both harming business and relationships not to mention putting people off wanting to use the market overall

    Now while in these sorts of cases, I would say that @RPGStash.com has a good report as I do generally believe it merits something, it is then undervalued/watered down by the stupidity shown that they also got themselves into via the violation report. This is yet again showing a mockery of the many issues that have been called out many of times and fell on deaf ears.

    What is my thread about you may be asking? I assume you haven't gathered your thoughts yet with what I have said above if you got this far and have no idea still. I feel as the title states the ruling should be further looked into/updated, I understand some businesses are not the same as others and some do actually need to outsource and by all means i'm not against that UNDER the right reasons and handling.

    If party A outsources to party B, and then something goes wrong with the order but party A cannot pay back the customer affected unless party B pays them then what? This is just a basic speculation, but this is also one of the many things that need clearer ruling on, so if in this case let's say Chad fucked up as it's seeming to unfold then obviously Chad would be held liable. But with that being said, where does this stop? As of right now, many providers are laughing at the rules, and just plain disrespecting the market and all that it is, and I know there will be people going "ded site bruh, who cares".. Well I'll have you know, I care. Like many people, I cared more about my relationships and building something in the community beyond a cashcow of a name, I built a name like literally a handful or so of others over the god knows how many years because we pushed boundries and pushed for better for everyone, because we knew people deserved better not this constant issue.

    - Where do the staff stand with this? It would be great if they actually chimed in with more suggestions, telling us what THEY personally think should happen in such cases, because if we do not put a stop to this for once and for all it's only going to keep happening.

    If this is true as well @Chad then what have you and your staff been smoking?

    I'm not sure what sort of venny sweatshop people are running these days, but that is NOT NO WAY IN HELL acceptable. You are risking your customers/outsourced customers being flagged and banned and i'm taking a wild guess here, but you would hide behind your TOS.

    This is just bad publicity for all of you, and you should all know better. If you don't then gitgud and start following the rules.

    Another false issue here @RPGStash.com

    While you don't have to explain to the person reporting you no, it would be common sense to touch base to validate what the staff would potentially ask you. And as someone who has had a TWC (trade with caution) rank on multiple occasions, it would do your best to at least try help others understand your ways of dealing with such.

    You are all representing market manipulation in one way or another, and the rules really do need a polishing again to make sure they are understood and actually followed to avoid further issues like this keep coming up as it not only makes you look bad but the rest of us too.

    you can't really suggest something and just say x is bad, you need to offer solution the problem or what you think can be done to fix it

    The ruling needs updating all together, not just one thing needs to be fixed.

    It's needing a overhaul, and then actually stuck to/enforced.

    As mentioned above, stronger enforced ruling

    Not one rule for one section, and another for the next. People will continue to find loopholes in things, because they can and want to take advantage of it. (we just mentioned this in sythe discord)

    Obviously speculation but regarding the reported of RPGSTASH against BOOSTEDMMO it really seems like chad knows this is a recurring fuck up on his end but obviously he wouldn't admit it.

    If the details in the report are true no one should be trusting him with account details as their practices fall extremely short of being secure.

    Whoever took the order is responsible to cover the losses, since a customer trusted them to do the business they are the ones who should he held responsible for the outcome. Yes the second party may have guilt and that can be dealt with later, but like I stated the party the customer is dealing with is essentially responsible as it was their choice to outsource the trade rather than do it themselves; reporting the other party can be dealt with after the customer gets payed back by the person who they placed the order on. For example, If I tell my customer you will be trading this gold to someone else; the customer takes screenshots delivering as he is asked to and the other party dosen't pay me for the gold I would 120% be responsible for this trade, it is not the customers problem that I didn't get paid for this trade.

    This is not correct.

    We do have a channel that all of my staff are in with RPG in order to quote and having all time-zones covered. In this scenario, they would be referred as "Ticket Managers". Upon RPG agreeing to our quote, we would duplicate the channel and remove the unnecessary staff that has nothing with the order to do. This would mean that there would be up to a maximum of two of my staff in the channel, if not only one and that would solely be the employee in charge of taking care of the order.

    This would be the exact same as using a Ticket Tool. Once a ticket is opened, there will staff there to serve you. Once an agreement has been reached, that's where the manager would do either of the following: Either assign it to an appropriate employee: or take care of it himself.

    At the end; the information provided by RPGStash is a channel for ONLY quotations with no details to be provided or asked for.

    If the report would of been truthfully my or my team's fault, that would include multiple reports from my own business/customers. But yet I haven't received a single one except for RPG's accounts. This is one of the reasons as to why I refuse to point a finger on my team. I deem nobody guilty from my team because each and every single one of them has not done anything towards any of our customers to make me suspect them.

    You actually think I’m trying to my terms to avoid refunding?

    I was willing to refund fully but after investigating on each and single account, nobody gave the customers the right to log onto their account during an on-going order. If customers play during hours their worker doesn’t play then worker plays on the account and keeps going like that daily. Would it not raise flags to be banned for macroing due to little to no break? In this sceneario they logged onto the account during an on-going service, making them a liability of actually losing the wealth in somewhat way and accusing someone else than themselves…?

    Why sit and point fingers at my staff when their staff has as much chances of hacking the account if not more.
    If someone from my team would of done it, why not go ahead and do it to the customers we have ourselves? If they were on a spree, they may as well continue and finish the spree.

    Sorry dumb question so is the issue here that people are just posting threads and being a reseller vs the actual company with the gold/workers selling and training it? If that is the case just make a rule stating if they are a reseller they must state it in there thread giving the customer the option if they want to go ahead or not. Simple.

    Companies often outsource without permission, this includes both parties in my examples. The main issue is if there isn't more strict rules, one if not both parties get off with the damage caused by either side.

    I like the way your thinking, from watching the forums over the years you are correct on many accounts. Respectfully it's high time for an overhaul of the market system as it is the most important part of sythe currently (check out my suggestion for the forums future). It must not be biased, safe for everyone involved and generate a revenue for Sythe (Monetize don't demonize) without being to complicated for someone in another language to understand just to name a few.
