Patience?

on the 3rd of feb 2006 i was perm banned on two accounts for a messed up multi log on my part, recently ive recovered both those accounts and decided to appeal since i have that option.

now there both considered "manual perm bans" and when clicking the appeal its catagorised as "bug abuse".

my question is on the 10th i appealed both of these and there still pending 10 days later, am i being impatience or is this the usual waiting time for a ban of the same sort? and if anyone wants to throw there opinion around as to if i will get accepted/declined i'll be gratful.

Edit: also i heard they reset stats/bank? i take it this is bs?

 

Jagex will never touch your stats or bank.

Appeals for perm bans usually take a while. My longest appeal was 2 and a half weeks. And they denied it.
You might not get your accounts back even with the reintroduction of temp bans though. I appealed my macroing ban a couple of days ago. I got banned last December. Denied.

So basically, it's all a matter of time. Good luck and I hope you get your account unbanned

 

they never reset stats or bank. i had an account banned for RWT with 230m cash on it. about 2 years later i appealed it, and everything was right as i left it. cash and all

 

What was your appeal? Basic ass licking and ill never do it again? Figure 4 yr bug abuse has a decent chance if your rwt got unbanned

i told them that my mom purchased gold for me behind my back and found my u/n and pass in a notebook. i said that i do not support cheating and i will keep my password more safe to make sure it doesn't happen again. they bought it =P

i also got a perm mute appealed within a month saying that "i have grown up and matured since the incident and only want to play the game/enjoy my hobbie to the fullest extent." it sounds corny, but thats what they want to hear.

 

mostly its 1-2 days but sometimes it takes around a week as they get lots of appeals.

 

took me 2 weeks once >.<

 

Stats/bank are left alone, however, just simply don't show up on hiscores if you're banned (I think anyway).
GL, I'm trying to get back a fairly rare acc name right now that was perma banned for a very small macro a year ago :S

But it takes time. Thousands of appeals are sent in a day.

 

Shouldn't take that long. That's just poor service and reliability.

Patience is requierd since they put back Temp ban there must be alottttt of appeal every day i got caugth 13may i think i appealed still no answer <.<

i got 14 day temp banned for macroing, must be new

Sorry to redig this up but its now the 13th of june and ive still no answer from these idiots, only thing in my appeal thats changed is ive now got the option to "view" my evidence, and when i "demand" to see it i get the message
