Glitched EP spot

I was walking around in a non-hotspot area and I discovered a few squares that are a hotspot that don't belong there.

This isn't a way to ep without dying.
This spot doesn't prevent you from dying.

This is in PVP worlds, not BH worlds.

YOU CAN STILL DIE USING THIS SPOT.

The pros:
This area is deserted, no one goes here on pvp worlds.
This area is a hotspot in a non-hotspot area, no one will expect you to be there.
You can safely build EP with a very slim chance of dying.

The cons:
If someone happens to find this area, there is a possibility you can still die.
