Where should a WC noob go?

I have 45 WC and I heard I should chop Maples. Where are the Maples? I tried going to Seer's village but I got pwn'd trying to go through White Wolf Mountain. Should I train in combat now, then continue with WC or can I still cut some Maples somwhere else. My combat lvl is 9. Thanks.

 

cut willows or oaks.. till 70... then go cut ivy.. till 99 gl

 

Just buy a Camelot Teleport tab

Seer's is good for maples, it's true; but at your level, I would go cut willows.

It's more consistent and ultimately faster xp.

 

Yeah definately do not cut maples, it will not be fast at all. Stay willows.

 

Go to the Draynor willows, the best spot IMO

 

yeah being lvl 45 wc,you won't get as much xp an hour with maples. so do willows probably till about 50 or 55.

 

Here is somthing that might help you out with finding them,

 

maples arent as fast as willows as stated by pink but they are better for fletching if thats what you have in mind maple shorts sell all day long in f2p =]
