Most levles on a NEW acct in 30 days

What is the most levels you believe someone can get in the first 30 days of an rs acct starting out with nothing?

Without playing 15 hrs a day, I mean normal playing of 6 hrs a day maximum.

6*30=180hrs if hes good enough u can easly get 800-1k total level

 

You can get 1 99. With most skills.

 

I meant the total level of all skills combined.

 

You would get Fishing first; Banking the fish. You'd kill a few 'Men' to get the money for your net. Then, sell the anchovies to buy feathers or bait. Since you're going for levels, you'd purchase feathers.
Once your Fishing level is at 70, you'd start cooking the Shrimp, Trout, and Salmon to level Cooking. Once you've achieved cooking all the Raw Food, sell the Cooked Food and start chopping Trees and Banking the Logs. Once 70 Woodcutting, start burning the Logs. You should still have money left over from the Cooked Fish that you sold earlier. With this, you will then buy a Pickaxe and mine the crap out of the account. I suggest power mining due to the delay in the time to bank. Once at 70 Mining, (Roughly 4 Days per Level 70 at 6 Hours per Day) you should have about 10 Days left, in which time it is recommended that you level up Combat Statistics (I suggest the use of the Seagulls at Port Sarim) and thusly achieving another 70 Total Points easily if distributing the levels throughout Attack, Strength and Defence. Magic is another easy skill to level, though potentially costly, so I shall not suggest it.

With the time you have spare, spend all of the money you have left on an easy skill that hasn't already been leveled.

By doing the maths, UNLIKE ProDuch, you achieve roughly 470 GAINED Points in that month, shown by this;

70 Fishing +
70 Cooking +
70 Woodcutting +
70 Firemaking +
70 Mining +
70 Combat Stats +
30 Hitpoints +
20 Random Stats =
470 GAINED POINTS.

This is based on a typical, cruising speed at 6 hours per day.
There will be people who disagree with my maths.

I used to train my lvl3 to all 70 in melee stats in F2P, tho 8hrs/day, it would be higher if its P2P.
