Halo Comes To PS3

Well Xbox fanboys, no more 'We have halo, you don't' for you.

Bungie will bring Halo to the PS3 after Halo Reach. Soon enough we will all be playing Halo on our shiny sony consoles. I love it :love:

So what do you guys think? A good move, or a bad one? In my opinion, they've made enough money off xbox now, there's no need for that exclusive to microsoft bulls**t anymore.

Well its a good move on bungies part, they will make more money.

Microsoft will probably lose a little money but the xbox still tops the sales because of its xbox live.

Im thinking once playstation can make there online gameplay for like how xbox live operates now the xbox will be gone.

I have allways liked playstation's more then the xbox. As the only reason I bought a xbox was for halo 2 and xbox live.

Halo sucks. I'd rather they kept it over on the xbox.

 

Xbox 360 is nearing it's end. Microsoft probably wants to make as much money from it's current products as possible by porting halo onto ps3.

Once they inevitably release a new xbox there will more than likely be xbox new exclusive games for it.

 

1. PS3 is not dead, you could argue about how much "better" 360's are, but ps3's will always win...
2. Unlike Xbox, the ps3 console has complete bluetooth. So instead of buying a "$50 headset" You could just use your bluetooth headset from your phone. If you don't have one, buy one for around 5-15$.

halo2 and 3 were the only games i ever played.. but halo2 was best cuz i could host and lagg every1 on the other team.. good times...

You can use pretty much any bluetooth mic. Not all of them are $50.

 

Yeah, what this guy said. You can use any USB mic on the ps3 (unlike xbox where they force you to buy their official mic).

 

Bungie doesn't own the rights to the Halo franchsie, so no, no Halo games.

Microsoft got the rights to the franchise so Bungie could move on. Plus, everyone from Bungie have said they are sick of the franchise.

You'll get their re-make of their first game (whatever it was called), which will be released on the 360 as well.

So PS3 fanboys, don't get too excited.

 

i belive this is a good idea. im a xbox guy but more money for bungie to make meens more money to put into a newer game.

Just because Bungie makes an agreement with PS3 doesn't mean they're going to bring over Halo. Hopefully they'll make a better series of games, although.

 

It doesn't matter to me. The halo series died after Number 2.

 

They better bring it over. Halo is the shit man. I used to play it until I got PS3

 

Bungie titles will be on the PS3 after Reach. That won't include any Halo titles, because Reach is likely their last Halo game ever. Fail @ thinking Halo will be on the PS3.
