Best type of pure atm?

Hey everyone, long time RS player here who recently started back up again. I've been playing on and off, (mostly on ) for the last six years or so. I've made a few pures over the last few years, the most recent one was a D Bow pker a few years back, and my other one was an old school dds/dscimmy pure.

I plan on making one with two other friends and just kind of wanted to get an idea of what I should try making. I understand the game has changed a ton in the last few years, so I dont know how well grabbing a dds and a scimmy will do nowadays

I plan on pking solo most of the time with some team pking with the other two when I get the chance. I guess what I'm looking for are suggestions on what pure I should make.

Pros/cons would be great, and any replies are appreciated! Thanks!

Sounds good, I'm looking into some videos about it now. Seems like alot of people are going for a summoning/defense combo at about level 30 and using a dfs with a steel minotaur

Not sure if I can make 35m on a pure that fast =P

Try a zerker. They seem to work well. Don't hit me, but you could also try a mage tank. I think im the only one to ever do this, and I was very succesful.

 

A mage tank? That seems pretty contradictory, mages are pretty squishy. What did you do for it?

 

Mage tanks don't exist for that reason. Think more towards a range tank with a mage kicker.

Zerkers are time consuming, but very much worth it. If I were you I'd go ahead and just make a standard strength pure with 50 or 60 attack and see where you want to go. Old school pures like that are always a good choice.

However tbh the best pure atm is a turmoil pure. They are costly but OMG they own. I also would recommend a tri-brid which was soul warred.
