str help plz!!!

hi guys im new to sythe.org and really need some help with str training >_< .
so here goes=] i am currently 94 str and i got this by training on green drags in wildy.

i have a budget of 127-129mill when my dfs sells.
plz help by typing in this info.:nuts:

Stay on dragons...good money and cash. Ankous are also good.

 

if you have salve ammy e and defender of varrock started, go to armoured zombies u get tons of exp per hour and decent drops and unlimited prayer

 

godswords are terrible for training..

edit: and unless you're after rune items and gems ROW is pretty useless.
