I don't get the purpose of this...

If you have two accounts why not just send it yourself? It would eliminate the use of another purpose, and the possibility of getting scammed.

If you do need help, I am willing to help for 10$. 250 received, 240 I will send. I have a verified papal.

But I do recommend you do it yourself. I can't think of a reason why you would get limited from this.

Don't trust him, he does chargebacks! sold him 3 pins he claim the money back. I assume he pays with stolen cc's. no way around this
