BoostedMMO/Chaddy Hacked My Customers 6B

I discovered the hack of this one myself. Because that morning we saw 2 big orders hacked at similar and it seems you didn't change bank pin for those orders as agreed. I was worried and went to check. The account is ironman, so no the customer didn't destroy his account which he spent thousands of dollars on to fake being hacked.

For the Auth, my previous chat screenshot showed why he turned it off: Because your worker needed a code every day for some reason. And whenever customer came to provide code, your worker was not available.
Your worker don't know pin, but your managers had access to website supplier interface and my proof showed there was a lot of accessing from one of them, when he was not involved in the order channel.

 

Apparently, this hacker is not like you. He didn't completely empty these accounts. He wanted quick, easy money. Took the most valuables. I can ask the customer to provide whatever proof you want. But the face that his crystal amour and bowfa was dropped says enough he was hacked.

 

I will paste my previous post about this case:
On Dec 8, there is a 3rd hack. This case is a bit complicated. As it had no pin and 1.5b bank, so we enabled auth for customer just in case. And we told you it.
After quote, it seems one of the service's price is too high (TOA) so we skipped that. After they finished the rest the order, they updated the status on website to delivered. So customer thought whole order was completed and turned off the auth to log in and check. A few hours later customer reported back to us that the account was hacked.

The customer is at fault that he didn't change password immediately. But considering his password was freshly changed before the service, and that the order wasn't completed in full, and that it's only a few hours hour service that he got hacked, I believe it's still Chaddy's responsibility.

I do have terms of service. But it doesn't mean I will use terms of service to escape from the responsibility that I should have.
Even if lets say your TOS applies here. Could you tell me what happens when what you did and said later is different from your TOS.
You logged the account, checked the bank value, said it's fine because you will not give bank pin to worker.
You agreed you would change bank pin, preventing anyone else from accessing the bank during service.

 

You can't use your terms of service because you never had any. Same goes to your website.
Hence why I questioned you this:

Did agree that to prevent someone from accessing the bank during service, you would change pin?
What about the case when it wasn't customer the customer who was logged in, because your multiple workers had access (Proof of their IPs provided)

 

I will ask him to provide proof. What happens if he provided proof?
Why all three orders got hacked on the same day around the same time?
Why your manager Iron Baby was accessing one of the order for 30+ times per day when he wasnt involved in the order?

6. For security reasons, we will only play on your account for about 12 hours per day, so the total time to complete the order will be higher than the playtime. So first of all;
You wanted to break rule number 2, by adding your authenticator to the account.
Rule number 3 was broken a lot of times, yet I'm being held responsible? ok
Rule number 6 same as above.

 

This is shown to customer when customer goes to pay.


We didn't strictly forbid customer to log in, as we are supposed to have changed the bank pin, this was agreed by you.

 

TOS wasn't broken, because it was agreed otherwise in the service with you, that you would change bank pin.

 

Customer used same password on 5 different orders.

Your terms doesn't mention any of the above, which means that your staff could take whatever wealth the accounts has, and then you put the blame on me. Because at the end, you still need to refund your customers. So you could take their wealth, and make me refund them for your own profit on it.

 

And how come only your customers has had their wealth taken? I only see you reporting me, not any of my own customers.
All my customers are perfectly satisfied, with nothing wrong happening. But some of your customers/orders...?

3. AGAIN, you were supposed to have changed the bank pin on Dec 3 as agreed
