VPS botting

So I'm looking into buying a VPS to bot on, to free up computer resources. However, I've no idea how to do it. Can someone help? I'll be using the rsbots client(iBot?) I'm currently running win7 6.1(build 7600) on this end.

 

First of all what are the specs of the vps? is it windows or linux? I can try and help if you want, i'm currently running a rsbots.net bot on my vps

If you want no lag, I'd go with 1 gig of ram and a 1.5 ghz processor. A good host that's cheap would be www.burst.net
