    In short, Chaddy I dont think you are a scammer. The workers who worked on the orders are good too. But you have responsibilities for your staff.
    1. You didnt have a safe procedure when you create an order channel. You dont have to post the account's password and pin in the ticket. You insisted doing so after I questioned it multiple times.
    2. You gave my website interface to multiple people. One of them logged in to check the account details many many times when he wasn't involved with the order. My IP logs proved this.
    3. You and your staff didn't do the procedures I asked, about changing pin when starting an order or tell us to do it. If you did, the customer's account wouldnt have been hacked as no one else but your staff who changed the PIN would know it.

    If it means anything I have ordered from PVM over 1000 times, over $25k spent in about 1 year, and nothing like this happened.

    Posting some more info.
    So 6 orders within 9 days.
    And two of the orders were ironman, so it's not the customers.
    And I have IPs showing one of his employees whom I was not aware of, was accessing the orders. He was so interested in the order that had 2b that he accessed the order 30+ times, the other 900Mish order 10+ times when he wasn't taking or assigning any orders. His excuse is that he got auto logged out every 15 mins and he logged back in just to keep online. First of all, he didnt need to be online. We tell in channel when there is an order. Secondly, you dont get directed to the orders details upon login, you need to click it. And your IP is logged once you clicked the order to see order details. Thirdly, some of the access was made in less than 15mins.

    I also have proof that he asked me privately if I could give any orders to him about 2 months ago. I believe it's not a good practice.

    How is me asking for extra work relevant to the case? Please put the message what I’ve sent to you two months ago since you are talking about it.
    I will put it out there, I think every provider can agree this is one of the most respectful requests someone can send the other.

I am working under Chaddy & Aloni and don’t get me wrong I am happy there, was just wondering if you have some extra orders to be done when I am off work on there I could handle some of them. As for reference I was your quester on RPG-1266985 in our Discord. I am fairly experienced with 07 questing and I am also experienced with EFT leveling/farming roubles/farming raids etc. If you are interested in working together and your TOS doesn’t have a problem with me working with BMMO let me know. I would like to also state though that I am NOT trying to snatch any orders from BMMO,because I am working with them, and happy with the fellas. Thanks in advance for taking the time reading this.”

    Also by your logic why would I snatch banks and not take ANYTHING from BMMO side if I wanna scam quit myself out, theres literally bills on mules/banks through BMMO orders that is untouched and accessible by me, let alone dont forget the 770M bank I serviced for RPG-1305929 why is everything there if I were to take banks why wouldn’t I take an extra 770M with it?

    I dont see a point me taking half of the stuff and leave atleast the same amount on different orders + my deposit + the work sheet payments.

    You are talking about accessing orders,isnt it enough to access it ONCE? How is it relevant someone checks the messages multiple times a day?
    Your panel is utterly dogshit it literally boots you off without a time warning or else everytime.
    But again I still dont see how it is relevant logging on the panel to check customer messages been left or not relevant to this case. Also how are we supposed to know no other logins on your panel can see every order that you assign? Let alone how do you prove that it wasnt one of RPG’s member that leaked logins/did it themselves?
    You didnt investigate your side at all, just pointing fingers, also please get your facts straight you are saying ironman multiple times with photo included of a GROUP STORAGE.
    Meaning its a group IRONMAN, how do you know he didnt put everything in the storage and claims hes been hacked while having 160M+ bank still?

    I wont post more because Chaddy and You should handle this, but you are just pointing fingers without actual evidence, you are talking about me messaging you 2 months ago,so put the picture out what I’ve sent to you, don’t just randomly mention it.

    I didn't say your message was not respectful, I would of reported to Chaddy if it wasn't.

    I mentioned this because I saw your IPs accessing the orders frequently and Chaddy told me it's yours and I remembered this.

    You didn't take the gold of the said account because it's under your service and you didn't want to be spotted.

    It's not my worker as 1. It didnt have the IP logged. 2. They have been working for me since 2013, they work in the same office as I do. They outsource 1000+ orders to PVM no issues. They trade tens of billions gold, send money via paypal and BTC on my behalf every day.

    I could ask the GIM customer to provide screenshot or video of his bank. The fact that his bowfa was dropped proved already it's not himself who did.

    Why did you need a warning from the website that you are getting logged out? Why did you need to be logged in all the time? Why were you tracking an order that was not assigned or done by you and you were not in the channel of the order? Since you were accessing the orders more than anyone else, what did you do when you did see a message from customer? Did you tell anyone about it? If not whats the point of you checking the customers messages? Do you really need to check the messages every hour or even every 5 minutes?

    Yeah if I see a message from the customer I tell the management to deal with it asap. You are just throwing random shit out there, once again without investigating your side of the story.
    We checked every single order, not just one particular order. You outsource all the work, do you tell the customers you are outsourcing them btw every each and one?
    Again how is it relevant if someone checks 10 your panel times? If someone had access for 30 seconds and checked once couldve do this right or no, so checking it multiple times wouldn’t matter in the case.
    You are doing what Chaddy does, safeguarding your workers, who the actual fuck cares how long you been with someone, does that guarantees that they will NEVER go rogue?
    You provided literally 0 evidence, all you are doing is throwing shade on my name,multiple people had access to the logins including your team.

    I said already, there is no IPs logged that shows my team accessed the order details. It only has yours and Peaceful who assigned the orders.
    I would like to see proof that you communicated to a manager about those orders.
    I just randomly checked a few orders, you indeed accessed every order you could. But those with a small bank only 1-3 times a day and those with a big bank, you accessed every few minutes to one hour.

    I dont really see a point anymore answering you, but apparently checking something 3 times a day is completely fine since it doesn’t have missing stuff.
    First you start to blame Peaceful for this now its my turn, thats completely fine, and now I am saying then it was you and your team that did this, and god knows if the customer would be repaid if Chad actually wouldve repaid you, you probably wouldve brush it off with a 10% of the damage done voucher get some free training(completely outsourced without telling him yeah?) and a good old pat on the shoulder.
    You and your team picks up the order when it comes in through the website or whatever you guys use, what the fuck do you mean you/the team doesn’t accessed/had access to the order details?

    The login details are hidden in the order. For normal workers it's invisible except the character name. Password and PIN etc can only be accessed from service interface when it's assigned to a user. I have about 50 employees in my company, it's done so every access to the account details is logged.

    Did we have any other terms agreed upon? (Except the part of authenticator and bank pin), if not, then you've agreed to my T.O.S which states the following:
    1. No Doxing, Hacking, Information sharing, threatening, of ANY and ALL members of the discord.
    2. Any and all scams, threats, terms of service breaking, or breakage of any of the mentioned rules here will result in a ban of your account.
    3. Follow Terms of Service | Discord and Community Guidelines | Discord
    4. We have the right to decline any order, no reason required.
    5. You must not log in while your account is being serviced unless you have explicit permission.
    6. In the occurrence of you logging in without explicit permission the ongoing service will be terminated and no refund will be given.
    7. Before sending your credentials to start the order, you must remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account.
    8. If you fail to remove unnecessary wealth, you agree and acknowledge the fact that we are not responsible for any loss of wealth whether it be before, during, or after the service.
    9. You must provide all resources required to complete the service in an efficient matter. We are not accountable for any infractions on accounts. No refund will be provided if an account is banned. All services are rendered by hand.

    Task xxxx660:
    This customer wants to log onto the account for 10-20 minutes. Why though?
    They asked us at 3:58 AM to log out.
    After 2 minutes, we waved a white flag saying it's okay to log on.
    15-17 minutes passed, and all of a sudden it's okay to continue
    Another 28 minuets passed and all of a sudden it's been hacked?

    Who says he didn't empty the bank during those minutes of being on the account?
    Why come after several minutes and complain and not exactly when said we can continue; and not change the password after seeing everything being gone?

    Task xxxx112:
    This account has bank pin, which was not provided to the worker.
    This account has Authenticator, which only the worker took, nobody else.

    Customer logged onto the account without our permission. Which made us not be able to log on.
    After 45 minutes, we logged onto the account as shown in the screenshot.
    6 Hours later, comes to complain that his bank is empty?

    This customer used same password and same bank pin on several orders.
    This account is a GROUP Ironman which can transfer items to his friends within the same group.
    Can show proof of this upon requesting in private by Sythe staff.

    There was a rollback occurance during the order.

    Task 1305109:

    Customer disabled authenticator for this task, but RPG enabled it making RPG accessible to the code. Which would mean only the worker would access the account.

    If RPG enabled his authenticator, how does the customer take his time to go via forums, and disable the authenticator without keeping in mind to change his password?

    We do NOT have any communication with YOUR customers, which makes it YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure they change their password upon the ordering being completed BEFORE turning YOUR OWN authenticator off.

    IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SET UP TERMS OF SERVICES FOR YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS.

    I can go on with all tasks you've mentioned, but just these 4 shows to prove that WE are NOT held responsible.

    Why do we still have multiple orders that are still active?
    Why haven't you asked your customers to change password if you know we hacked 9 other customers of yours?

    All the remaining orders with you have very small bank value of from nothing to maybe 50m, almost all orders with a 500m+ value were hacked already. The hacker left from 50-160m or so on those hacked accounts.

    1. I spoke to you privately, instead of making a ticket before giving orders. It's a private B2B business deal rather than service orders from normal players. You assured me that you will give my orders to those you highly trust, which meant $1k deposit according to what you said later. Proof is that instead of asking me to make a deposit prior to a service, you do orders first. You used the words "cash out" when completed orders reached a significant amount.

    2. None of these hacked orders are made via your main ticket, you made seperate channels where you invited your most trusted workers and managers, pinned my account details right there publicly. I expressed my concern, you told me it's fine, they are trusted.

    Not to mention you shared my website supplier interface where all these orders details are to multiple people. One of them I wasn't aware of. And according to what you said, you didnt have to tell me as you take full responsibility.

    3. About customer logging in, we have discussed how to deal with it: Changing bank pin. Because of the way you shared account details with your trusted people, in some cases it's not even the customer who was logged in.

    No, as I said, at this point, I don't think you or your workers were scammers. It's the manager who you shared website interface with, as they are the only guys who knew bank pin and had IPs logged there, numerous times.
