'Bump Button'

I've seen this on other forum sites so i know it can be done. Instead of people posting 'bump' on there threads there should be a bump button to bring it up to the top.

this would solve a lot of things, spammers will no longer do the 'gl selling, free bump' now only the owner can (if a bumper does, easy infraction) and this would stop the owner from being able to bump his/her thread every 10minutes because its not right in front because a time limit can be added (i.e. every hour, 2 hours, 24 hours, etc)
