Server rollback situations are quite complex and can sometimes lead to difficult disputes, so I understand why our support team solved it like they did initially. However, after reviewing further it appears that both you and the buyer lost the gold due to the rollback. It does not look like either side is in the wrong here. I refunded both sides, Eldorado will take the loss for this one.
