I heard someone say (Deadly Serious) that there is only Temporary Bans now?

i think you may get temp bans first, but obviously is you keep breaking the rule after a few temp bans they will most probably give you a perm.
but i im not sure of this as i havnt been caught botting yet =)

 

They'll give you two temp bans each time you're caught botting. If they catch you a third time, it's a perm ban.

 

Oh wow, when did the add this in? And if I've previously been banned for Botting, will I be unbanned and given a temp ban or anything?

If you've been reading any other threads on this, you would know that the answer is apparently "no".

 

apparently FaGex has just decided to not be as harsh on botters as they were because they were losing alot of money.

Now you get a 7 - 14 day ban for first time macro offenses instead of just instant perma-ban like before.

As for accounts already banned, it looks like there's no chance of them being unbanned

They added this in as a part of the last update. No, you won't. I've already tried with my other account. It got denied.
Your best bet is to make a new account, suicide it to 99, wait out the temp ban and enjoy your new 99
