Lowest level with a Fire Cape?

What is the lowest level stats to get a Fire Cape?

And with these stats, what combat would you be?

I'm looking for a challenge on Runescape, and I feel achieving a Fire Cape on an extremely low level would be a goal.

I think most of the lower level players who got them either used a glitch or safespots that no longer exist.

 

Lowest ever- 27
Lowest legit: 39

These are estimates, I'm not too sure. I'm 55 and have one.

 

Recommended stats, gear?

 

im guessing, they were using lots of purple sweets. Prayer potions. And recoil rings possibly?

 

I am a level 63 with firecape lowest i have seen achieve firecape legit was like 40 or 45

 

The lowest legit was 41 I believe. The lowest with bug abuse is 32.

 

An experienced player should be able to get it on any 70+ range account

As long as you have 30+ HP

lowest legit was lvl 40, you cannot get even close to that low anymore

 

I wouldnt reccommend this as a goal unless you know some glitch that jagex hasnt fixed.

 

I believe I saw a level 42 and Bh one day. I was pretty amazed.

I can't even get one on my level 102

 

ive seen a 55, but believe the lowest is 41.

 

ive seen 40's, and a 39 once. what bug could help you get fcape at a low level?
id totally buy a low level account with a fire cape.

 

You wont beat the record .., legit one is at lvl 40 and thats not possible anymore because you cant survive it with 10 hp as u could before, using invicibility it was done at level 39 , so unless u find a new inviciblity and be lucky with hits u might endup with cmb 38

Lowest was 32 with glitch. Min. you can get now is like 60.

39 or 38 is the lowest possible, nobody has done it at level 32 like the people above were claiming. Simply because you gain far too much experience. Yeah we did it using a bug and the account is now banned, we never really cared about any record - we still acknowledge that UAEX and C R I K I O did it at level 40 legit.

Seeing as you are attempting to get it at a really low level, I'd say it's unfortunately impossible for you to beat the record done with bug abuse or the legit record because when UAEX and C R I K I O did it, fight caves was different and they've changed it so that you can't survive with 10hp.

I'd say you'd need to be 50+ for fcape, seeing as you need hp, range, and prayer levels. They do add up.
