Just get a semi high str lvl and start swing like a madman.

 

I mean for quests and that!

 

obby maulers dont need quests other than the quest for climbing boots i believe

 

Obby maulers can't even have climbing boots

Death Plateau (req'd for boots) gives 17 attack.

If you're an RSCA member, there's actually a script that will make an obby mauler for you.. all you gotta do is the tutorial.

After the tutorial you start the script and it will go to bob, get an axe, cut enough logs to afford an iron scim, go to the ge, sell the logs, buy an iron scim, go to seagulls, and camp there till you got 60str, then it just shuts down

 

I prefer chickens as yopu get the money for a maul!
