It's most probably a scam, I wouldn't risk it to be honest.

The reason behind the examine coin option: He's using cheat engine. An easy explanation within four words that will answer all of your questions. He could have withdrew only one of each item, got into cheat engine and simply made a fake amount of everything. Didn't fool me, looks real but it's not.

Also, the part about not showing his bank was total bullshit. Just an excuse to post an easily fake-able screenshot.

Also, the fact that he didn't enter the "kept on death" screen in his screenshot (certainly not hard to do), implies that either A) He doesn't want us to know how much he's made, or B) The items are made by a cheat engine, and have no value in "kept on death" screen.

It's fake. When you examine anything over 100,000 you get the amount of Gp not "lovely money". Would be nice to have a 50M/h farming way though

That's funny lol, like 5 years ago, back when I was like 11 my friend who was like 14 was a computer wiz and he tried to show me how to do that and I didn't really pay attention...
