Anyone Interested in Making a Clan?

Hey its Snipestar. I am really interested in making a clan on Runescape. I need a co-leader to help me make the clan. Also i need trustworthy and skilled players who can hold high ranks such as generals, council members, and forum mods. Yes the clan will be on rs forums and maybe even have a clan website. I haven't thought of a clan name yet or a level requirement but we can talk and agree on something. Currently im lvl 80 combat with 70atk, 72 str, 41 def, 81 range, and 99 mage.

What kind? A pk, a merch? Explain.

 

Probably a pk clan seeing as he listed his stats.
Would this be a zerker clan then or any cb levels and any def levels?

 

No, not a full time merch or pk clan. Just a regular clan. Pking could be the day's activites.
