    iP4wn appeal -- I know it's late..
    Alright.. I was banned a while back for trying to buy the service of someone providing me with a KSSN.. either generated, w.e
    The ban reason was for Attempting to buy a KSSN(Korean Social Security Number).
    As I've stated, I tried to pay for the service of someone providing me with a KSSN or creating me an account on netmarble.
    I looked at the rules, and this isn't under any type of rule? If so, I'd love to be enlightened with it.
